First day on a new cycle

It's 3 weeks of Power/Speed work. Speed for an olympic lifter means speed on the bar. Power Cleans, Power Snatches, Rack Jerks, Snatch Balances....full extension, quick and strong.

I did my first day of this new program at our new gym, thus far un-named but, we just call it the warehouse for now. Love it there. Looking forward to fixing up the platform the way I like it this coming weekend as well as getting some more lights put in. Anyways, first day went great. Finished with 130kg Power Clean for a double.

A video for everyone. I am training two strength athletes now and hopefully more in the future. One is an olympic lifter...the other GS. In honor of my GS girl, here are some ladies taming the iron.
