Onto week 3 of Smolov...
Back Squat
Day 1 - 4x9 360
Day 2 - 5x7 380
Day 3 - 7x5 405
Day 4 - 10x3 435
Day 4 is still the hardest in my opinion...the only real reason for this is because it comes the day after Day 3 with no rest days. Your body is already beaten but, no you kick it while it's down. I start this week tomorrow.
I have also decided to give myself a little reward for finishing this intense squat cycle.

If these are nice, I will buy the shorts to use for competitions.
